See the Official UKC Conformation Rulebook
Conformation shows also referred to as breed shows, are a dog show in which a judge familiar with a specific dog breed evaluates individual purebred dogs for how well the dogs conform to the established breed type for their breed, as described in a breed’s individual breed standard.
The term conformation refers to a dog’s physical attributes, including appearance and body structure
UKC Conformation events are a great experience for the new owner of a purebred dog, with an emphasis on amateur handling, friendly competition, and a family-oriented atmosphere.
* UKC Conformation Events are designed by and for the breeder-owner-handler. Professional Handlers are not eligible to exhibit dogs for others at UKC Conformation Events.
At UKC dog shows, the emphasis is on the DOG, not the SHOW.

Third, print a UKC Official Entry Form using this link. Complete the form, making your check payable to the club/event manager as listed in the upcoming events information. Finally, mail the entry and check it to the Event Secretary/Manager listed on the club’s event.
